Do I have to use all four channels?+

Nope. Plenty of clients start with just Google Ads, or just SEO, on a site we built or one we inherited. The perk of one team is that the day you want to add a channel, the tracking, the landing pages, and the strategy are already sitting there. Nothing gets rebuilt and nothing gets re-explained.

Is ad spend included in the retainer?+

No, and you would not want it to be. Your Google and Meta budget is billed by the platforms straight to your card, at cost. We never mark it up and we never touch the money. Our retainer is the fee to build, run, and babysit the campaigns.

How is this different from a typical ads agency?+

Most agencies run ads to a slow, leaky site they did not build and cannot fix, then blame the landing page when the leads dry up. We own the site and the campaigns, so when the data points at the landing page, we just fix it. Same team, same week, zero finger-pointing.

Do you own my ad accounts or do I?+

You do, full stop. We build campaigns inside your own Google Ads and Meta Business accounts, ask for access, and hand the keys back when we part ways. You keep every account, every bit of conversion history, and every dollar of learning. We do not hold your data hostage.

Will SEO actually work for my business?+

If your customers search Google, yes. If they only ever find you by referral or one social app, we will say so on the first call and point you at paid instead. We turn down roughly one in five prospects because a channel is wrong for them, and we tell you before a proposal ever shows up.

When will I see results?+

Paid channels move fast. Google and Meta can be pulling leads inside the first week. SEO takes its time: the technical lifts land immediately, and rankings on competitive terms usually start climbing around day 45 and build from there.
