Our position

ZELODATA LLC does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

This page gives California residents and other privacy-conscious visitors a clear way to opt out of sale/share/targeted advertising signals for this browser and submit related privacy requests.

Current site practices

• No Meta Pixel, Google Ads remarketing tag, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or similar advertising pixel currently runs on zelodata.com.
• No Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, or similar analytics tag currently runs on zelodata.com.
• A first-party consent manager is active and is designed to suppress Marketing tags, ad signals, and third-party review/social-proof widgets unless Marketing is allowed.
• No payment processing, account registration, or data broker activity occurs on zelodata.com.
• The site loads Google Fonts and local image assets.

Submit a request

To submit a privacy request, email support@zelodata.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" or call +1 (917) 900-1204.

To opt out for this browser, use Your Privacy Choices in the footer and choose "Opt out of sale / share / targeted ads." This turns Marketing off, denies Google ad signals, suppresses ad pixels and conversion events, and saves the choice for this browser/device.

Please include the request type, your name, the email address we may have on file, and enough information for us to verify and locate any relevant records. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless we specifically ask for them through an appropriate channel.

Global Privacy Control

The consent manager checks for Global Privacy Control. When GPC is active, Marketing is forced off for this browser, Google ad signals are denied, and Marketing controls are shown as locked off.

If a prior browser choice allowed Marketing and GPC is later detected, the CMP updates the stored choice, revokes Marketing consent, and logs a GPC override event.

No discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you submitted a privacy request, except where a difference is reasonably related to the value or feasibility of the requested service.
