We started ZELODATA because we were sick of watching small businesses pay agencies that confused looking busy with getting results. Ad spend with no tracking. SEO with no rankings. Sites that fought their own customers. We still run every account ourselves, still publish a one-page report, and still pick up the phone when you call.

A brilliant ad campaign pointed at a slow, leaky site is just expensive litter. Strong SEO with no conversion tracking is a guess in a nicer outfit. We run search, paid, and the site as one machine, because that is the only way the numbers actually compound.

Good results come from a good machine: fast pages, clean tracking, tested creative, real keywords. We do not split "the build" from "the campaigns," because they are the same job in sequence.

We bill flat, monthly, no surprises, and your ad spend runs at cost. We measure success in leads and dollars, not impressions and likes. If we are not earning our retainer, you should fire us, and you should be able to on the first of any month.

We cap intake on purpose so every onboarding gets our full attention. If we are full when you call, we will tell you straight.

Fix the tracking before we spend a dollar.

In the first couple of weeks, every account gets clean conversion tracking. Then SEO and paid compound on data you can actually trust instead of vibes.

Publish a one-page report on the first of every month.

No 14-tab dashboard. Traffic, return, leads, dollars, and the next three tests in the queue. You can read the whole thing standing up.

The senior generalist who runs your kickoff call is the same one running your year-five call. No rotation, no quiet handoff to the new hire.
